How Does A Student Sign Up?
5th grade students are anonymously nominated for the team by an adult in the building. Those students nominated will be given the chance to apply at the beginning of their 5th grade year. Once a student has applied, Mrs. Dando will contact students who will begin Leadership Academy (training). Mrs. Dando will give permission slips to selected students. They must be returned before starting the leadership classes. There are only 10 spots open for the 2015-2016 school year.
- Complete the application.
- Get an adult you know to write you a reference saying why you would be a good student leader.
- Turn in the application and reference to Mrs. Dando.
